Belmont is a city of over 10,000 residents situated between the Catawba and South Fork Rivers in eastern Gaston County. The eastern and central sections of the study area of Wilkinson Boulevard run through the city limits of Belmont.
Cramerton, NC
Cramerton is a town of over 4,000 residents bisected by the South Fork River and Duharts Creek in eastern Gaston County. The western section of the study area of Wilkinson Boulevard runs through and along the town limits of Cramerton.
McAdenville, NC
McAdenville is a town of over 650 residents along the South Fork River and McAdenville Lake in eastern Gaston County. The western-most section of the study area of Wilkinson Boulevard runs along the town limits of McAdenville.
Zone 1 Stakeholders
The Zone 1 Stakeholders group includes property and business owners along Wilkinson Boulevard’s central section, from ¼ mile west of N. Main Street to ¼ mile east of Park Street.
Zone 2 Stakeholders
The Zone 2 Stakeholders group includes property and business owners along the two outer sections of the Wilkinson Boulevard corridor, between Market Street and ¼ mile west of Main on the west, and ¼ mile east of Park Street to the river on the east.
